I completely disagree...he's not using the prompter as a memory aid, he is reading word-for-word from it. You can actually see him doing it.
Just because he is reading it, it doesn't mean that he didn't write it and, as we all know, many get extensive help with their speeches. So what? Again, it isn't like someone had to hold him up, no brain freeze and what was that Hillary said she had, some robotic error?
Just not sure where you are going with this? I'm thinking it is going no where. Non-issue. Yep, my candidate can read and in this election, I think that puts another "feather in his hat".

He raises and lowers his hands to track where he is reading. It's like his hand is a word counter. He's a terrible reader. Many 5th graders are much more fluid when they read aloud and don't need to use their hand to track their place.
To be fair, this is mostly correct, but republicans HATED Obama for it. It was absolutely an abomination. Now, it's no problem. In addition, Obama and Hillary can read a speech without it looking as obvious as Trump. He really struggles.
And, conversely, they slavishly adored Reagan for the ability to speak off a teleprompter while looking as natural as can be, as though he was speaking extemporaneously.
But then, that's modern Republicanism for you! Before it can decide whether it thinks something is the greatest thing ever or the worst thing ever, it first needs to know whether that thing was done by Reagan or Obama!
Reagan does 'A' = sheer brilliance!
Obama does 'A' (ie, the exact same thing) = diabolical evil!

The party is for what he is speaking. I don't care if he is a great speaker or not. The Media will have nothing to make up and lie about after this.
