I said in another thread the other day that Trump was a crap shoot. GM, I'm one of those Neanderthal knuckle-draggers in fly-over country.

I care about the 2A, the make up of the SC, illegal immigration, the downsizing of government, focusing on policies that encourage entrepreneurship, the impact on jobs and national security as it pertains to our porous southern border, eliminating sanctuary cities, support for law enforcement, rebuilding the military, establishing safe zones for refugees instead of bringing them here, and unapologetically putting Americas safety and interests first and foremost.

I am a woman. I would gladly vote for a female president if the candidate was a good candidate. Clinton is not that person. The polls re: both her likeability and her trustworthiness are what they are for a reason. Actually...........they are what they are for many reasons. I could not ever vote for her. Because of her untrustworthiness and because almost every policy she is for, I am against.

I did not vote for Trump in the primaries, but I will vote for Trump in November. He says many of the right things. Will he do ANY of what he says? I don't know. I really don't. But I will take a chance on him because I KNOW what Clinton will do to this country and I cannot support her in any way.

Trump going to Detroit to do a dog and pony scripted photo op with black voters makes about as much sense as Clinton doing the same at an NRA meeting. He's not getting blacks to vote for him; he lost any hope with Hispanics at Phoenix and he is on the way to a humiliating defeat.

And yet Hillary is dropping in the polls, including among women, and Hispanics.

Scripted questions are bad enough, but to have scripted answers laid out as well?

Why don't they just make a video with the script and air that, rather then pretend any of it is real?

Total and absolute farce.

As far as 'reaching out'? That's another word for 'pandering' for votes.

Trump has never ever shown the slightest interest in the black community, or the Hispanic community, or in fact, the working class white community. He found his 'base' audience with a couple of slogans and loves the screaming and applause. That's it.

The rest is total and absolute pretense. Those not getting it are kidding themselves and are in for a yuge disappointment if this charlatan ever gets elected. Believe me.

Trump's Palm Beach Club Roils the Old Social Order - WSJ

From the article---to give you a clue:

Mr. Trump filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Palm Beach, alleging that the town was discriminating against Mar-a-Lago, in part because it is open to Jews and African-Americans. The suit seeks $100 million in damages.
Trump did not do this out of any form of altruism or sense of equality. Trump did this because he loves fighting with people and hated the old money in Palm Beach (probably because they made himself feel more insecure than he already did).

He is combative and litigious so this scenario fits right into his psyche. It was a big FU to Palm Beach and hardly related to a sense of justice for Jews or blacks. The cult playbook of throwing this one (and only one) example of how much Trump loves multiculturism is getting old. It is all a game to him.

He's lived in NYC for years and years. Hasn't cared about minorities all these many years--and that speaks for itself.

His history of discriminatory practices toward blacks pretty much reflect his real self.

His actions all follow the same pattern. What's in it for him?

Are they going to hold his hand while he goes to the restroom, too?

His own staff doesn't trust him to answer a question without screwing up. That speaks volumes.

^^^^This yet again

It has been hashed and rehashed over and over in this forum. You are now beating a dead horse.

It was Trump's father who was running the company at the time.

It's obvious that you didn't read through this thread before posting. Take your time to do so and read the link in post #18.
