Both. Big liar and stupid for thinking her lies wouldn't catch up to her. It's like a criminal who gets overconfident in his ability to avoid detection...that can result in getting sloppy.
Here's the question. Is Hillary the biggest liar the world has ever seen or the stupidest? After reviewing her interview with the FBI, there are no other possibilities unless you think she is both.
I would say she is a VERY big liar.

NOBODY KNOWS EVERYBODY who has inhabited this earth, so how can ANYONE say someone years ago lied more or less then hillary.
I'll be glad when the Election is Over and Hillary is President, because the dribble from the Right Wingers is so beyond insidious it is actually nauseating to hear the same stuff over and over from these right wing people hung up on a level of ignorance that is beyond belief. Its sounds like a mass of Old Baby Boomers, repeating what they heard because that's how their lives were groomed over decades and now they are mostly retired and flood these sites, trying to make drama in their lives......
I'd bet most of them are people who either were, or their parents were in the streets yelling and screaming against Civil Rights and whining and hollering against school integration. while they reminisce about their heydays as kids and young adults as they floundered about in their Jim Crow Mental Costumes.
These are the same people who have spent their lives whining about public and social programs, while many of them rely on public and social programs, as they still complain because they can't stand the fact other people have access to those same benefits.
Most of these who post all this stuff, I bet if they saw a black or mexican person walking down the street, they'd darn near fall out their window peeping, trying to see where the person is going.
They'll repeat anything Trump say's but ask them to explain it, then they start name calling, and deflecting and talking about something abstract as well as any other diversionary tactic they can conjure to use.
Some think they were perfect people, even as they don't even acknowledge the bias, bigotry and racism that surrounded them as a young child, and influenced their lives and they were so accustom to it, they were and are unaware they were influenced in and by such.

Yes, let's not forget that after being First Lady, Senator from New York and Secretary of State, she had no idea the "C" stood for classified in her emails by her own testimony. Now, I don't think she's going to win any prizes for being the sharpest tool in the shed.
