Now he wants a “Space Force” which will also cost us taxpayers $$$ billions. At some point taxes will be raised to pay for these, plus all the tax cuts Trump is giving to the richest people in America. Get ready for Trump to have his hand in your wallet.

Back to the title of this zombie thread.

Donald Trump will never voluntarily release his taxes. It would open up too many connections to laundered money from foreign oligarchs and despots than he could ever explain.

It has been a while since I have visited this forum. I can only reiterate my stand and sharing of "actual facts of how taxation actually works" but doesn't seem that those on the left have the mental capability of actually being able to "put it together" in simple form to understand the simplicity of "how" the free-enterprise system works so well and how the taxing impacts same.

Tell me, you liberal idealists...have you ever gotten a job from a poor person? Of course not!! Have you liberal idealists ever prepared...YOURSELF...income tax filings for personal, non-profit, sole enterprise, corporate and a couple other designations? They are all different for good reason and when one understands all of these you have a much better "enlightenment" and understanding of why things are as they are. That's what makes America work, that's what gives American citizens jobs to provide them a good life, etc., etc.

When ANYONE stands behind "raising taxes on any entity/person/business" my answer is:

NOT ONLY NO, BUT HE!! NO! GOVERNMENT QUIT YOUR DAMNED SPENDING. Money earned in our free-enterprise economy is far better left to continue to function within that system...not the government's collecting anything but absolute necessary amounts, stay within our U.S. Constitution and stay the he!! away from anything else. The private sector is far superior to taking care of that world!

Politicians within the "swamp," quit "buying" votes by "giving away $'s" to people you think you can "buy!" Those are the people who prey on others who earn those $'s, who complain about so-and-so makes too much, doesn't pay enough taxes, etc., etc., Nuff stated for one post. Have a good day!

So, you REALLY believe that his taxes haven't been thoroughly looked into before he was elected? You REALLY think that if there was something there as you claim that it wouldn't have been leaked by now?

C'mon, what fantasy land are YOU living in...

You are delusional.

He can’t release his taxes. If there was nothing there that he wanted to hide, he would have released them in 2016. For the past 40/50 years, every prior candidate had released their taxes. By not releasing them, he took a calculated risk of what the blowback would be.

Why would you risk that unless you had something to hide?

What he’s likely hiding is:

1. He’s highly leveraged and not nearly as wealthy as he claims.

And

2. The source of his funding, after American banks stopped lending to him, were banks and oligarchs in the former Soviet Union, opening a whole new can of worms on reasons for Russian collusion.

Whether it’s due to a pee tape, financial malfeasance, or both, the Russians own a controlling interest in Donald Trump.

Talk about delusional. None of what you say is provable, it's all supposition and hope of the TDS infected. Can't find any facts to back up the B.S.? Well then just make 'em up.

I’m not a Trump supporter, but you do understand that sitting presidents get audited annually. If the IRS isn’t finding anything, we wouldn’t either by looking at his tax returns.

The only reason for him to hide his tax returns is because he doesn’t show any (or very little) income on them. Many people aren’t going to understand that his money is tied up in his corporations, which is also probably less then he wants to admit. Trump called himself the “king of debt” and I agree he is probably very leveraged. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a billion plus is debt.

Donald Trump refused to release his taxes for a reason. He knew it would hurt him politically to come clean. He’s either far less wealthy than he claims and would be proven a liar, or he’s afraid of something more damaging about the sources of his wealth.

Or both.
