It sounds to me like you're describing the mainstream media more than anything else. Editing videos? Change the meaning of what the subjects were saying? That's CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc all the way. The main stream media has the lowest approval ratings of all time for a reason. It has no credibility to speak of, so spare us your song and dance about O'Keefe.
