Those lamps had listening devices installed by the Russians and Hillary thought the Russians agents would listen in on her husband while she was at work.
If Bill wandered, she knew the transgression would soon magically appear in the press from "unnamed sources".
And she'll "steal" from American citizens if heaven forbid she becomes POTUS.

I say no chance as already the Haitian president is on Hillary for 98% of the Clinton Foundation proceeds meant for them was never received.
