So? Since he has never held office; since we have never seen HIS private emails OR even his taxes ~ all we have to go on is his business conduct.

That's it.

Here is one hypocritical sample.

Wow they just cannot help themselves, everything Hillary and company are doing they accuse Trump of, and people on the left eat it up.

So? So what he did in his private life is NONE of your business. You have no right to even request to see his private emails or his taxes, none whatsoever.

Are people so obtuse pretending they don't know the law or they just plain stupid?

Here, I'll quote the precise law for you - maybe to you, it's just toilet paper:

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides:
[N]or shall any person . . . be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law . . . .

Section One of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides:
[N]or shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law . . .

Both candidates are extremely corrupt. Both have engaged in destruction of evidence, mismanagement of their charities(Pam Bondi anyone?) for personal benefit. Both lie to death and have very questionable judgment. Anyone who claims any of these two are not crooks is just being an insincere partisan puppet with zero credibility.

I choose Hillary because at least she is can control herself and is not spreading bigotry. Yes I do believe in the lesser of two evils.

No aspect of his life( except possibly his love for his children) free of dishonesty and absolute selfishness.

I already told you that destroying documents is a REQUIRED practice in the business world. Why are you still posting like this?

Currently? Or, are you considering every case from the early 1980's on up as being 'currently'?

You do know that in some of those cases Trump was the Plaintiff and not the Defendant?
While some of the cases, where he was the Defendant, were from regular people, some of the others were from whackadoodles .. like one guy who had sued him because he wasn't chosen to be on The Apprentice (each show series probably got many hundreds of thousands of applicants and there is no way that they can have everyone who sends in an application on the show), and, the most recent suit filed against Trump is by a guy who is suing him because the guy is claiming Trump is an 'American Indian Witch' (the same guy is also suing the CIA Director).

Wealthy people, businesses, cities, etc., often get sued for no other reason then the person doing the suing is looking for a payday. Al Sharpton's daughter is a good example of someone suing looking for a payday. She walks across a NYC street wearing spiked heels, trips and then sued the city claiming that her ankle was permanently damaged. Then, in the middle of her suit against the city over her permanently damaged ankle she goes mountain climbing in Indonesia

Someone earlier in this thread mentioned that since Trump isn't releasing his taxes then we can assume he's cheating on them. Yeah, right. The IRS doesn't fool around when it comes to someone cheating on their taxes, well, unless you're a Clinton. I doubt that Trump had his own version of a Lois Lerner in his pocket like the Clinton's did with their Foundation tax cheating, where Lerner knew they were cheating on the Foundation taxes but looked the other way.

That's correct. Trump's tax return is his private matter. He has no obligation to release it to us. Furthermore, his return has been reviewed and approved by the almighty and all-knowing-can't-do-no-wrong government so loved by the liberals.

Yet the liberals want to crucify him for not releasing the government approved tax return? Let's do what Trump says: release those 30,000 Hillary emails and he will release his tax return!

Default but, trump is soooo honest and forthcoming...

yeah, right. Years and years of destroying evidence, denying, delaying, and all sorts of other... behavior.

"Over the course of decades, Donald Trump’s companies have systematically destroyed or hidden thousands of emails, digital records and paper documents demanded in official proceedings, often in defiance of court orders. These tactics—exposed by a Newsweek review of thousands of pages of court filings, judicial orders and affidavits from an array of court cases—have enraged judges, prosecutors, opposing lawyers and the many ordinary citizens entangled in litigation with Trump. In each instance, Trump and entities he controlled also erected numerous hurdles that made lawsuits drag on for years, forcing courtroom opponents to spend huge sums of money in legal fees as they struggled—sometimes in vain—to obtain records."

He has engaged in that for a while.

But his supporters claim it's not important because he is anti-establishment He is suddenly gonna become an honest man once he is named president.

I honestly have nothing against those who vote for Trump because he is republican or becaue they want conservative SC judges. But to think that Trump is an honest man who is gonna change America is beyond hilarious.
