Trump lies to the American people. You don't see a problem with that?

Bet you don't care that the "fact checkers" lie.

July 6, 2015, Bernie stated..
"For young people who have graduated high school or dropped out of high school, who are between the ages of 17 and 20, if they happen to be white, the unemployment rate is 33 percent. If they are Hispanic, the unemployment rate is 36 percent. If they are African-American, the real unemployment rate for young people is 51 percent."

Politifact basically agreed with Sanders and rated his statement as "Mostly True."

Politifact explaining their rating..
"Sanders said that for African-Americans between the ages of 17 and 20, "the real unemployment rate … is 51 percent." His terminology was off, but the numbers he used check out, and his general point was correct -- that in an apples-to-apples comparison, African-American youth have significantly worse prospects in the job market than either Hispanics or whites do. The statement is accurate but needs clarification or additional information, so we rate it Mostly True."

Per Politifact, they basically agreed with Sanders and claimed that the numbers he used were correct.

Eleven months later...

June 11, 2016, Donald Trump stated..
"If you look at what’s going on in this country, African-American youth is an example: 59 percent unemployment rate; 59 percent."

Politifact's 'fact checking' on that was ... "Trump exaggerates" and "misleading use of statistics.". They rated Trump's comment as being "Mostly False"

Politifact explaining their rating..
"The unemployment rate is a widely used term with a specific definition: It refers to the percentage of jobless people in the workforce who are actively seeking employment. In May, the unemployment rate for blacks ages 16 to 24 was 18.7 percent, or less than one-third of Trump’s claim."

Bernie stated 51% and Politifact agreed with his number. Eleven months later Trump stated the number as being 59% and Politifact completely disagreed with that number and stated that the number was only 18.7%

Both Sanders and Trump were using the same, or similar, studies to base their numbers from.

Something Odd Emerges When Fact Checking The "Fact Checkers" | Zero Hedge

The so called 'fact checkers', that you and others on here love to tout, are biased as hell. I give Politifact and other 'so called' fact checkers a rating of Completely False.

Is it okay when someone in politics (or someone in general) lies? No, it's not okay. You Hilbots seem confused that pro-Trumpers aren't swarming in here to defend what he'd said. We aren't like you. Her followers defend her lies ever.single.time. It doesn't matter to her followers if she lies to the public or lies to a Congressional Committee, the followers defend her lies to the bitter end.

I'll ask you the same question..
Hillary lies to the American people and to the Congressional Committee. You don't see a problem with that?

Follow and read the politco links and you will see why. They said Bernie was mostly true because he was discussing a specific sample set -HS grads and HS drop outs based on a study. If only considering those groups then the drop outs obviously bring employment down significantly. See what I'm saying? That's why they gave sanders a mostly true pass, but they were clear as to why. Otherwise he wouldn't have. They've pegged him to actually be less an honest than Hillary IIRC.

""For young people who have graduated high school or dropped out of high school, who are between the ages of 17 and 20, if they happen to be white, the unemployment rate is 33 percent," he said. "If they are Hispanic, the unemployment rate is 36 percent. If they are African-American, the real unemployment rate for young people is 51 percent."

Bernie Sanders says 'real unemployment' rate for African American youth is 51 percent | PolitiFact

Trump is not differentiating these groups

Trump misleadingly puts black youth unemployment rate at 59 percent | PolitiFact Virginia

Default Trump Is At It Again With The Lies

He falsely accused Obama of "Screaming At" a Trump supporter at the Clinton rally in North Carolina. He didn't. He rebuked the Clinton supporters for booing the man.

All Trump had to do was watch the video.

Reality Check: Trump's wild misrepresentation of Obama's response to a protester

http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/05/politi...ter/index.html

"Hold up! Hold up!" Obama repeatedly called to the crowd, never once addressing the protester and certainly not, as Trump put it, "really screaming" at him.

More to the point, Obama's rebuke was directed at the Clinton supporters, not the protester. He first told the audience they shouldn't worry about the man, who was peacefully conducting himself.

"We live in a country that respects free speech. Second of all, it looks like maybe he might have served in our military and we've got to respect that," Obama said. "Third of all, he was elderly and we've got to respect our elders."

Not under Obama and Hillary. Liberal media censors and selects news and views so that you hear what they want you to hear. This is indisputable.

The unbrainwashed see Obama for what he really is. I'm surprised he took time off from playing golf to make a speech.

I think they were Obama supporters. Unfortunately a lot of them won't bother to go out and vote.

But Donald's' tactic has always been lie and deny.

Who is surprised at this point that Trump would lie? Time to grow up folks. This is a man who will stoop at NOTHING. There is no lie too extreme, no tactic too immoral; this has always been his approach in life. Destroy what you cannot defeat, no matter the cost. He could care less if his campaign is permanently damaging the American democratic process, because deep down - he hates the concept of America. He hates it because he cannot control it, at least in its current form. He will surely try to transform it if he is elected - because free speech, free press and free elections will be a threat to his Power. His hard core supporters fully understand this, they THINK they want a dictatorship with Trump at the helm. But sometimes these things have a tendency to backfire, don't they?

Interesting that Trump supported amnesty for some illegal immigrants in 2012...

Maybe it was just for the illegal immigrants his businesses hired.

Obama lost his cool and looked like the idiot he is. He thought he could get the crowd to obey on command. The crowd wouldn't listen to him and he got angered because it made him look like the feckless leader he is. His legacy is one of failure and lies. An inanimate object has shown more leadership than he has.

Oh, for crying out loud. There are literally thousands of media sources to select from. Watch Fox if you don't like what's on NBC or BBC. Or listen to Rush Limbaugh spew his hate nonstop or read Breitbart Conspiracy-Theories-R-Us nonsense.

From the sounds of a lot of posts on this forum, many do just that.
