It's 2000 all over again.


The scenario:


There is a very close popular and electoral vote, along with a disputed vote count in one or more states.


Clinton (or Trump) is declared the winner in said states (could be Florida, Colorado, North Carolina, etc)


The other doesn't accept the outcome and sues.


It goes to the Supreme Court, but unlike in 2000, we only have 8 justices this time.


Who tie 4-4 on what to do.


Now what?
