History is not on Hillary's side. Last time a Democrat was elected to succeed a Democrat President leaving office was apparently before the Civil War. 1856.

Based on this trend alone, Trump will be the next President of the USA.

History Is Not On The Democrats Side

Hey, aren't you the one who is always saying this isn't a normal election year? Well, at long last, I am agreeing with you.

Better start getting used to saying Madame President.

I sure did, but you left off the part where I said in a generation or last 25-40 years. I certainly didn't make claim that it will buck trends of 170 years.

Well, Trump is just that special. He is bucking all the trends, right?

Madame President. Madame President.

There, see? That wasn't so hard.

One time since 1988. After 1988.

Starting in 1992, the D's have won the popular vote 5 of 6 times.

The sole exception was 2004 when an incumbent R President in wartime won the popular vote by 2.5% with an electorate that was 77% non-Hispanic white.

I've got no idea what this is supposed to mean. President is elected by electoral vote.

History is against Hillary.
