all the way to the election we were told this would be a massive Democratic landslide and Trump had pretty much no chance. That the Democrats had a built in electoral college advantage. Do a Google search. There are numerous articles like this one

Why the outcome of the 2016 election is already crystal clear

but now after Trump won, we are told the electoral college is overly favorable to Republicans and his win is not that impressive since he had "so many advantages". What gives?
