Just to clarify something earlier, it only requires four Justices to vote to hear the case in order to be granted a Writ of Certiorari.

I figure Ginsburg, Breyer, Kennedy and Roberts will vote "Yea."

Just when you think the liberals have run out of ridiculous ways to waste everyone's time and money, they come up with the BS.

I just hope the left keeps all of this in mind when, in another decade at least, they actually win an election. NOTHING they do will unobstructed and EVERYTHING they do will be challenged and ridiculed. What comes around goes around.

What I don't see happening is all the riots, protests, and domestic terrorism. Those on the right have a lot more sense and practicality, and know that that kind of petulant behavior is a waste of time and energy.

Trump supporters are acting like adults and progressive liberals like children. That about sums it up.

Hmm this bs petition won't go anywhere. Waste of time. Why not donate more to the green party for another recount?

So the libs, lefties, and other anti-Trumps think that Trump will leave office if the Supreme Court tells him to.

Too funny!

leave trump alone- proving an impeachable act is very hard with Reps in power- they will pull his nails out behind closed doors, but will never give us the pleasure of ousting him - It's mid-term elections you need to really put your efforts and money on- the bum Reps have to GO we need equal standing in congress to represent the people. This one-way rabbit hole will send us all to destruction

Petition Before SCOTUS Seeks To Nullify Election

The actual petition can be read on-line here:

http://shannonfisher.com/wordpress1/...andamus.pdfThe

Petitioners argue that, in accordance with Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, it is the job of the federal government to keep U.S. territory safe from foreign invasion.

The Petitioners claim that the highest courts in Austria and Ukraine nullified elections after "cyber-terrorists" invaded their elections.

They also claim the 1st Circuit Appeals Court made 4 errors denying the Writ of Mandamus. The 4th point states:

Did the Appeals Court Err by Failing to Find that 17 U.S. Intelligence Agencies Under the Executive Branch of Government Concluded that Russia Invaded U.S. Cyber Territory in 2016 to Influence Election Outcomes?

https://www.supremecourt.gov/search....les/16-907.htm

According to the above link, the Petition has been distributed for conference on March 17, 2017.

Just wondering how this flew under the radar on C-D, since I didn't see any threads about it.

How do you think the Supreme Court will rule?
"to theatrical battles over President Trump’s executive orders and cabinet nominees,"

"
theatrical" And what makes you choose this word?

Obama set the record for issuing orders.

Most of what trump has signed is to cancel Obama's PREVIOUS orders. And you think THAT is "theatrical".

The dems in the Senate has tried every trick in the book to stall Trump's cabinet nominees (some are STILL not conformed) and you call Trump"theatrical".

Whatever!

That's the way 3rd party works. Are you old enough to recall that Ross Perot gave us Bill Clinton?
