I can't believe Bill O'Reilly almost gave Obama a pass on this. Even Hannity tonight was a little soft. Barrack Hussein needs to seriously consider dropping out at this point -- his racist comment was worse than the flap over Howard Dean's "YEEEEYAAAAA!"
If at this point it's not obvious Obama is a racist, what more do you need?

This is ridiculous talk. If you try and drum up his comments into some racist remark... you are off base. All he is saying is that people can act or say things that are less than racially sensitive, and he won't hold it against their basic humanity. His whole campaign is about moving on, not about divisions in the past.
Even Huckabee has come out and said it "give him some slack". Is there repressed rage or resentment against whites in some parts of the African American community? Undoubtedly. Does that make them racists for being angry or bitter? No. It makes them human. This whole idea that Obama or his church are racist is farcical.
It's obvious they'll pick apart any comment he makes and try to warp it into something racist.
I swear if he had disowned Wright and left the church, he would be accused of pandering and being a "typical" politician instead of the ridiculous Racism charges being thrown at him now. Obama can't win either way...
The only time anyone uses the word "typical" with a race, sex or discriminatory noun behind it, as in "typical black," "typical Hispanic," "typical Italian," "typical Jew," "typical woman," "typical man" -- It's because they are going to use something stereotypical and usually derogatory to describe the "typical whatever."
You'll note that Obama had a wide array of adjectives he could have used to describe his grandmother and he didn't need to call her a "typical" anything.

What if he called her a "typical grandmother"? Means nothing.
You are attempting to inject racism into the matter, but it's no different than you calling your own mother (assuming you are white an she is too) a "typical white woman"... or yourself a "typical white woman". Just like this blog:
Why is it any different? It's his grandmother. He's half white, as people on the forum have SO OFTEN MENTIONED when they feel Obama is getting some "benefit" from being black. Why can't he talk about his grandma as white?
