I know I can count on {R} partisans to fix this by giving just 1 vote to Supreme to keep that Muslim loving socialist Bo Obama and his master from having bragging rights.

I saw the BERN has only 11 votes and is in 3rd place, just think righties you can get 2 birds with 1 stone by voting for Supreme. Just a dozen votes will do it.

Biden is only 4 years older than Trump. I think both are too old, but a lot of people are supporting Trump, so why not Joe?

Because too old is too old. Period.

I'm 74 now, and I know firsthand how it is. My doctor says I'm doing very well for my age, but I know I'm past my prime by at least a decade, and every year since I turned 70 has been a little harder than the last.

I believe a mandatory retirement age of 70 should become law. Someone recommended 75, and I could live with that, but 75 would be the absolute limit for me.

There are always exceptions, but those folks are few and far between, and even then, no one at 70 or over will ever know when a stroke or a sudden heart failure will strike.

The human brain naturally ages, and even when a person doesn't develop dementia or Alzhiemer's, an aging brain takes longer to process new info and can't snap to sudden decisions like it can when it's younger.

Luckily Biden will run, before changing his mind again and dropping out for the 10th time. Some people are not ready for the spotlight.

Democrats need a young exciting candidate. It will be very hard to find their Obama 2.0

Michelle Obama has the "name recognition" but would be embarrassed if she lost to Trump. The Obamas won't risk that.

Biden won't ever run again. Take it to the bank. But you can expect him to go campaign for the nominee; Biden loves that part of the biz, the close-up handshakes and the baby kissing.

Michelle won't ever run for any office in the rest of her life. She didn't want her husband to do it, but she dutifully did her best when he couldn't be dissuaded. But now that he's all done, so is she and happy to be done.

There won't be an Obama 2.0.

^^^^^ The article was written when Buffett was 85.

He's 87 now, and still the Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.

Three different entrepreneurs in my family (all no longer with us) ran their firms past their 88th birthdays...one into his 90s, until either selling or appointing someone else to take over. Not one of them did so out of necessity.

I'm not in favor of a mandate.

That was not what disqualified Huntsman. Huntsman never got much support in GOP primaries to begin with. After the election he was revealed to have engaged in some very dirty politics.

It was Huntsman who knocked Mitch Daniels out by threatening to release dirt regarding Mitch's married life (Daniels was divorced, and the reconciled & remarried his wife).

Huntsman also was revealed as double-dealing in certain policy matters.

At least for me as a Republican, it had zip, zero, nada to do with his work as a diplomat under President Obama.

You are paying attention? You are watching all the negative coverage that is thrown at President Trump. What candidate can stand up under the current microscope? Creepy old Joe won't last; he has been a politician too long and he does have his faults. Under the current scrutiny it is hard to believe that we have any politicians that could stand up under that pressure. Don't forget that we can now investigate a President for over a year without ever showing the public the evidence. We can raid the offices of any acquaintances and lock them up for crimes they committed over a decade ago; just to have them turn against the current President. Joe would not last two seconds against that kind of pressure!
