"Hillary Clinton is as good as dead. This became the consensus over the past week, when the media awoke en masse to the dual reality that 1) Clinton can't close the pledged-delegate gap and 2) Obama has her beat in the popular vote."
Gauging the odds that Hillary Clinton will win the nomination. - By Christopher Beam, Chadwick Matlin, and Chris Wilson - Slate Magazine

They are giving her a very generous 12% chance of pulling this off somehow. What do you think? Does she really have a 12% chance? Or, is that just a 12% chance that the Obama campaign will derail somehow.

I'm sorry sir, I'm reporting your post. You could rephrase your title, etc. without using Hillary and dead. Boo for you.

Report it to Slate then as well - it's the name they are giving it. Geez.

I really think that people can discern the difference between the death of a campaign and the death of a person, but whatever.

domergurl,

Get a grip - Art123 used the title of the article, and the idea that a candidate is politically dead at some point is longstanding. No bad taste about it . . .
