Biden/O’Rourke in 2020 is a winning ticket! We need intelligent, professional politicians in the White House, and Trump is the complete opposite of that.

if he was so popular VP with a popular President, why the Democrats lost the house and senate and the majority of the governorships in the country under Obama and finally the W.H. in 2016.

If Biden was so popular as VP why did Hillary had all of the Democrat donors in her pocket by 2014/2015. Biden couldn't get money.

The fact is Biden has no appeal to the black vote, Latino vote or women vote or young vote, and progressives in the party don't want him. If he goes against Kamala Harris or Warren he will get beat. He has no appeal in the party. That's the reason he couldn't challenge Hillary in 2016, she would have destroyed him with the Latino and women vote.

He is an old white privilege man that is yesterday's news. Biden is a candidate that he might do well in the general but will lose in the primary because the party has changed, it's a woman and minority party.

That would be a great ticket. I think Vegas odds would have to favor them in a hypothetical election against Trump/Pence.

I believe there will be at least one woman on the Democratic ticket in 2020. You can't ignore the zeitgeist.

LMAO!!!! if that's the ticket, progressives will stay home in the general...........you people don't have a clue how this works....it's going to be a long primary that will last until July/2020....many debates and many caucuses and many primaries and everything will be put under a microscope and everybody's record and vote on foreign policy and domestic policy.

I have seen Biden in a primary in 2008 defending his record and he sucks. He has to go against Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren and they will tear his a$$ up about his warmonger record on foreign policy and wall street connections and when Kamala and Warren push Biden to support Medicare for all and he refuses because he is a corporate democrat then he will be done.

Democrats lost not because people loved Trump. Hillary was just a bad candidate and add to the fact that
took you all long enough to realize that.

The problem for Biden is, he'll have to actually campaign.
He's not good at campaigning, and Trump will expose him viciously.

Also, usually the voting pattern of Florida reflects the voting pattern elsewhere in a General Election.....and based on this year's midterms, there is no indication Democrats will win Florida 2020.

It's hard to find a candidate who doesn't support those things. Even Mike Pence supports all of the above, just look at his voting record.

Polls at this point don’t mean too much. I do think a Biden/Harris ticket would mop the floor with trump.

What about Biden/Brown?

I know the chances of beating an incumbent president are already slim but at least Biden is the only one who can put up a fight and give Trump a taste of his own medicine. Plus, if Biden does lose, it also saves the younger Democratic hopefuls (Harris, Beto, etc.) for the weaker and uninspiring Republican field in 2024 post-Trump.
