She's right. The Democrat Party has moved on from Old, White, Heterosexual (that can be questioned in Biden's case) Males. They want Far Left Identity politics, and Socialism to rule their party. Biden while he kicked off his campaign with Race Baiting by talking about the Charlottesville LIE, he is perceived as too moderate for the current DNC. Look for more creepy photos and other facts on him to emanate from the Bernie camp.
