Sandy A-C who now co-leads House Democrats with Omar, says that a Biden nomination is going backwards and she wants to go forward.

For a change she's right.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez throws shade at Joe Biden saying his presidential run doesn't 'animate' her and 'I don't want to go back, I want to go forward'

(where's Nancy Pelosi? isn't she in charge of the Democrat caucus?)

We're in agreement on this.

Nancy is still in charge. It's not her job to sush dissent in her caucus. Her job is to deliver the goods, and when the time comes, she will bring her dissenters to heel if she needs to.

Take that to the bank. She's the grandmother, and she knows how to handle her kids and grandkids quite well.

Its funny you would first claim Sandy A-C and Omar are in charge, and immediately after that you ask who is in charge.

The mind of a Trump loyalist is a mysterious place.

So THEN it'll be her job to put the kibosh on dissent in her caucus.

I see.

I only hope the party pulls itself back from the brink and they become sane again. I miss the party that once protected rights rather than destroying them.

Socialism cannot co-exist in a Republic. It's one or the other.

Agreed.

I also said the same about Trump and still believe so.
Sure its fun now but what the heck comes after him?
Trump is not a conservative and the new voters that came into the party don't seem to be either.
I'm not sure the GOP can pivot back to a "regular" Republican and still hold enough votes for the presidency.

Where do these new GOP voters go after Trump, certainly not back to the Bushes. I think we will seen the same problem in finding a replacement for Trump in 2024 as the Democrats have now.
