If you read the article well you can read the he isn't in favor of Obama or Hillary, but since it seems that Obama will be the candidate, he will support it.

I wouldn't call this endorsing in a way like how the Kennedy's endorse Obama or Oprah.

Why? Is it because Obama thinks everyone should know a second language?

I don't want to learn Spanish where I live because it would not be that useful. I need to learn Korean or Farsi or Armenian or Mandarin or Tagalog or Russian.

"Buffett said he had offered support to both Obama and Democratic rival Hillary Clinton but that since it appeared Obama would win the party's nomination, 'I will be very happy if he is elected president. He is my choice,' he said."

Sounds to me like he'd be happy with EITHER one - same as myself.
I would consider that an endorsement - so will most people.

Ken

English is the only language to be used this board, use translation software if needed.

I don't mind folks using a non-English quote or note, but lets be reasonable here folks.

I'm sure there a lot of people who are endorsing him because it appears like he will win.
