Obama on the military... a must see video of Obama

This is an uninterrupted 51-second video of Obama speaking; he's telling us exactly what he will do to the military...watch it before this too is removed off the web site.

Pass it on...the USA needs a Wake-up call.

YouTube - IN 52 SECS WHY BARACK OBAMA CANNOT WIN A GENERAL ELECTION

This is absolutely shocking & reprehensible. He plans to unilaterally disarm our nation. The question is... for what? And more specifically, for whom ?!

No wonder our military personnel dont like him.

People do not realize what his job would be, Commander in Chief, now how is this guy going to be a commander when he has no clue about our military and wont even fly over to Iraq to meet with our brave soldiers.

Obama is a gutless spineless wimp.

I dont know about you but at this time in the world today you better have a growing and strong military with the likes of Iran, China, Russia, N Korea etc etc. They are growing their military and this nutcase wants to tear ours down.

We need to build a bigger badder military. He just dont get it.

Why has he lied to deceived us in thinking he wont ever take away from our military?

Gosh, does this guy ever tell the truth?

It was republican Rumsfeld under bush who started closing U.S. bases. It was bushCo who spread our forces thin, who sent them under false circumstances to die and be mutilated in Iraq in great numbers. Many generals(boots on the ground) have reported how stretched our troops are because of Iraq. National Guradsmen who are supposed to HERE defending US are in Iraq for the second, third and more deployments.....under bushCo.

The war in Iraq is considered a disaster...from the beginning...poorly planned, poorly executed, money disappearing and unaccounted for ....so WHO doesn't know about Iraq and war???????

Change the word IS to WAS above.

Most of us know Iraq was a mistake, but most of us know it has to be completed and progress is being made quickly. Sure Bush and Rumsfeld were terrible but that is OLD NEWS. I want to know the current and future news on our military.

If he is going to tear it down then allot of us have problems with him doing so.

The soldiers being blown apart TODAY don't consider it OLD NEWS....

"NO CLUE" was an exact description of the Cheney/Rumsfeld/bush invasion of Iraq....and you don't think Obama has a clue???????

He needs to cut the military spending back significantly. We have other priorities that need to be taken care of here.

Sooo....Where do you stand? Today?

Yesterday you wanted the largest baddest military on the Planet, and blamed Senator Obama, without giving regard to the current Administration's dismantling of 30- 50 bases and thousands of jobs (we'll just chalk that up to short term memory fatigue since it was 2005). And you were ok with the Administration's handling (I can only assume because you never responded), But if Senator Obama changes the military it's not?

Seriously, this is so confusing, which is it?

As a above poster already mentioned base closures have already started under the current administration. Furthermore we already spend way too much on a military that can be trimmed down once iraq and afganistan is cleaned up. I'm not saying it needs to be done now, but 10 years from now it will be time for a cut back on how we do business.

YouTube - Eisenhower Farewell Address

Look at this. This comes from one of the greatest military generals of the last centry and one of the last true republican presidents. This was a warning that we didnt' follow.
