No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
Congress should start each session with a rereading of the Constitution. Maybe McCain just forgot where he stood the last time he was asked about it.

I loved the thought of voting for him in 2000 when he correctly labeled the American Taliban of Dobson, Robertson, Falwell(d), et al, as "agents of intolerance." He was right about that, but this year he went to Roanoke to suck up to Jerry Falwell (about 2-3 weeks before Falwell died) so he could get that insane far right wingnut crowd to vote for him.

Then there was the 2000 primary season itself, where Bush operatives planted all sorts of lousy lies about him in the SC primary (crap about him fathering children with black women, etc) and that's how McCain lost SC in that primary and thus lost the nomination. So this year he's on stage hugging Bush and crying on his shoulder like a hurt woman. Gimme a break.

Such flip flops as these two MAJOR ones (and NUMEROUS others) make me barf, and send my money to Obama.

I had a lot of respect for McCain until the Falwell crap happened.

This bill has not passed and will hopefully be killed for good soon. And I work for one of the companies involved and- you damn right- if they broke the law, pay the price!
