According to this, you're wrong. Also, you can't just take a polls to determine party affiliation, that's ridiculous. Past elections and census data.

Now, since 2004 was the LAST Pesidential election, you can go by that plus voters registration by state. Not by a poll.

So by party affiliation, are they even? Let's simplify - have the Republicans registered as many new voters as the Democrats?

The debates will dictate the winner as the numbers of Independents is huge . Its to early to tell yet
