If your referring to the military donations.....They see it daily...they saw/see the need for these people to have a better life. They come from "lush" America to see people who hardly "make" it even when the country has brought in money from oil for a very long time yet they still ived deplorable conditions. Saddam or his sons weren't going to fix that.
The taliban should be obvious why it shouldn't be there with public executions in soccer fields.
