I watched this interview and I thought the worst thing was the fact that Obama did not look Presidential. O'Reilly didn't give Obama one shred of respect, but worse, Obama didn't command respect. Bill constantly interupted Obama's answers and Obama would hold out his hand and say, "Bill, Bill, Bill....." Obama reminded me of a little sister or little brother trying desperately to get their older siblings attention. "Bill, Bill, Bill....."
Obama looked very weak, young and naive......not Presidential at all!
Can't you just imagine Obama trying to meet with foreign delegates and trying to get their attention.....running after them...."Vladimir, Vladimir, Vladimir.....".
The interview really showed that Obama only looks Presidential on stage through stagecraft and smoke and mirrors. All an illusion.
Obama simply looked and acted like a little kid out of his league in the interview.
As a McCain supportor I thought Obama handled himself very well and while I'm prob still not voting for him, I agreed with "some" of his answers.
Thats an admirable position to state, thanks. I'm an Obama supporter and there are some McCain positions I agree with.
I beleive Barack hit the nail on the head when he stated that all sects of these islamic nutcases need to be handled differantly. They all have differant ideologies and thus require individual attention to beat them
I've never heard the Bush people state that. To Bush and McCain they are just all "insurgents". McCain didn't even correctly state the types of insurgents that were in Iraq after years of war there. That was very troubling to me.
The problem i have with that is if you don't look into each groups issues and infrastructure, how do you beat them?
We've just waved a big stick across the pond and after years and years of violence we ARE JUST SEEING SOME MILITARY SUCCESS.
Problem is, these "insurgents" just keep rebuilding and will continue to have their underlying issues.
Politically it is still in shambles. I believe, and i may be incorrect, that the current Iraqi Gov is Shiite dominated and the Anbar Province is Sunni dominated. When we leave, that will be a HUGE problem.
Re: The Iranian threat, i think it was a wise decision for Barack to take a "limited answer" position. What potentially could escalate into a war SHOULD NEVER BE DISCUSSED ON A TALK SHOW. It's absurd to discuss potential national security issue's on a tv show.
Obama can't even give a straight answer. He can't even admit he made a mistake, how pathetic. Did anyone else see this political hack on the O'reilly Factor tonight?
The only people who say that Obama failed are the people who already have made up their mind that they hate him.
Most of the media reports I've read have been far more positive.
And as far as adimiting anyone made a mistake-Obama said the surge is succeeding-point blank. I guess you didnt see that part?
McCain is suddenly about change???? What a laugh.
He's been in the senate for nearly three decades, has had that long to make changes but now tries to come across as some maverick? And when it came to voting on the most important foreign policy issue thusfar in the 21st century, whether or not to invade Iraq, he fails us-MISERABLY.
And dont give us this "they voted based on the intelligence they had" BS, because there were millions of us including BARACK OBAMA who saw the evidence for the horse manure that it really was.
Sorry, but all the delusional republicraps out there need to shut the hell up because your guy dubya now presides over a nation in economic turmoil and we dont feel safe.
Now, step aside so we can take our country back. Please.
This post is genius! I thought the same thing. Bill O'Reilly seemed more confident and in charge than Obama. Barrack Obama is not really that impressive one on one or in a debate. His strength is public speaking. I thought Hillary seemed more Presidential in her interview with Bill O'Reilly.

Well you are right about that, I didn't like him a year ago and I don't like him today

What's all this "take our country back" baloney. Liberals never "had" this country to begin with. Of yeah, those four short years in the 90's when welfare was out of control.
Losers always refuse to look up at the scoreboard.
Haven't seen any scoreboards lately, have you?
