Nothing. Praying isn't evidence of insanity.

Someone dropping to the ground in babbling lather, however, would (or should) at least give one pause to consider how such a thing might go over during, say, foreign relations or the height of a terrorist attack, etc.

It's less likely that Obama would pray (to any God) during a speech because he's not evangelical and he doesn't shove religion down anyone's throat.

Anyway, are you willing to answer the original question?
