If anyone had any doubts that this was a political move on McCain's part, then this should erase them. Palin has no influence whatsoever in the Senate, there is no reason for her to suspend her campaign other than attempting to garner political gain from an economic mess.
That means no stumping, campaign ads - what's the big deal. I'm sure this will all be resolved by Monday.
Where's the fire?
