Corn syrup is evil indeed! That stuff is killing many more Americans (via diabetes and obesity) than terrorism. His remarks sound absurd at first but it is absolutely true.

Human body doesn't metabolize corn syrup as well as sugar, so it's more likely to be stored as fat than sugar. The reason why it's all over in our food is that corn syrup is cheaper than sugar. I can write more about nutrition and biochemistry but something tells me you won't get it...

For the record I think corn syrup is bad, but more dangerous than terrorism in this day and age?
