Okay. I may not understand all the rules of a debate but is she allowed to just not answer the questions?

This is the second time she's said, "Well, I want to go back to..." and has not answered the actual question posted.

And what was that whole "I may not answer the way the moderator wants me to..." Yes. You have to. It's a debate. You're asked questions. You have to answer them.

I mean isn't that right?
