just because you don't like it, doesn't mean that it's silly and pointless. the comparison was to the ability to have charisma and excite people. the comparison had nothing to do with message.

Oratory is the engine of motivation. It's what drives others to aspire to greatness and thus do great things. The Obama bashers on this board only belittle it because their candidate lacks those skills. They sure didn't put it down after Palin's speech at the Convention. She ALMOST turned the election around for McCain with that single speech.
