Is there a correlation between the stridency of the McCain campaign and the downward spiral of the stock market?

It seems like the louder the McCain folks get about Ayers and Obama the lower stocks go.

I wonder why that would be?

Seriously, who is running his campaign? Are they serious with the smear campaign against Obama? Like I said they just don't get it. People are checking their wallets right now and it does not look good. Do you really think McCain has to check his? Wake up folks.

When he gets down to only 3 or 4 houses he might start to be concerned, but then in hard times Joe Six Pack turns into Keith by the Case so McCain still might not be in bad shape.

As for folks waking up, outside of this forum, I think they are.

No connection.

Even after having chaired the Senate Commerce Committee, McCain said "I dont know that much about the economy."

McCain has no influence and less knowledge, yet last week he'd have had you believe he had to rush to Washington to fix the whole thing.

If he'd had any sense at all he'd have learned about it, then come on the talk shows, published articles on it - established himself as the financial crisis's big Explainer To The People - not expert, just trustworthy explainer war-hero grandpa.

Big opportunity thrown away.
