The Larry Sinclair story has been circulating in Chiago for a long time, but I don't think most have given it much creedence.

I agree with you 100%.... doesn't this guy have a rap sheet and failed mutiple lie detector tests? Its scary though that someone like him thinks they can get away with such nonsense!
