Do liberals believe in free speech? Right of expression? The Constitution? I have never, nor would ever, steal Obama signs, or restrict a Democrat's right to free speech or his beliefs. Appalling.
Well, please forgive me. . . I've decided to start training for a career in political humor:
Maybe your signs weren't stolen, maybe they just disolved in "shame". . . .
1) you're assuming, and we all know what happens when you assume. Although chances are you are right, you can't say it with certainty.
2) overall blame your candidate. Seems like the respective candidates supporters have more or less followed the candidates lead. Where were there Obama rallies with people yelling violent things about mccain, for example? Obama's misleading ads were misleading concerning mccain's plans. McCain's misleading (or outright untrue) were attacks on Obama himself, as well as some policy hits. Now look at the rallies, blogs, this board.
Sure there are some smart calm mccain supporters, and there are some ahole Obama supporters, but overall, the vocal republican base has been down-right ignorant, especially towards other people and thier character. The vocal democratic base haven't been good boys either but compared to the republican base they've been hitting at policies much more and have been spitting out less ignorant personal attacks. This board is proof positive of that. given all that, some people just can't resist striking back when they feel they've stuck at many many times, even if you're weren't the one doing the attacking. this could very well be why your signs were taken, IF they were really taken by an obama supporter.
Both candidate are leading by example. Which example do you want in the white house? That is what made my choice for me. If mccain, palin, the rnc, and mccain's supporters were at least as controlled and focused as the other side (which again is not to say they're perfect because they're also not), he may have still had a chance at my vote.

I love the guy in SC who, after a couple of his McCain signs were stolen, hooked the last one up to his electrical fence. A nine year old kid got shocked...............GREAT!!!! I would press charges on his little 9yr old liberal, clepto butt. That kid was shocked, just like the NoBama nation will be after this election.
