Obama HAS experience with education reform... the Chicago Annenberg Challenge - in which math and science education programs were turned down for grants, but ethnic identity education was funded. All with the end result of $160 million spent for NO gains in student achievement.

Ethnic identity is the new Math and Science. Got it.
