Why don't you try original thought and analysis? It's great exercise for the noggin.
I see you didnt dispute the facts.. Try to do so, its a much better exercise then attacking the poster.

I agree. I don't want to see either party with enough control to steamroll the other. I wasn't happy with the republicans having too much power and it will be worse with BO, Pelosi and Reid, much worse, IMO.

But this is not what the dems here (or in Congress) are willing to admit. GWB didn't do one blame thing that they didn't go along with, to some degree.

I dream of the day when the Republican party is not beholden to evangelicals and really is fiscally conservative..
So the question has to be since the republican canidate is surely not conservative (I don't have all day to list all the issues with him) and the democrat canidate is A: really not experienced enough (all you obama people have to be honest with yourselves, if it was ANY of the other dems Obama wouldn't even be an afterthought right now) B:Has questionable associations C: is as left wing as it gets (think move on left wing) and D:has changed to become wayyyy different since the primaries which makes me question his core beliefs why is anyone voting for either one of these fools? I mean truely, don't you think the best way to tell 'em we're tired of all this is to stop fighting amongst ourselves and vote for neither of them?

I do believe we all want what we feel is best for this country and are probably closer together than y'all think, all we need is a canidate who more closely holds the ideals of the majority which I firmly believe is a centrist one. I don't think most want something for nothing but that's the package we're being offered by the dems and I'm sure most conservatives don't want only the wealthy to prosper at the expense of others, in fact most conservative people I know are highly disgusted with how most of these corps are being run and how the lower people are being treated.

The unfortunate part is we are being forced into a choice between bad and bad and since people are more pissed at who's in the white house now (and forgetting about congress) they'll cut off their nose to spite their face.
There's got to be another way, vote in Nader? Write in Ron Paul? Or, is everyone so sucked in by thier party lines that they'll put in a poor choice just to stay within their party...

It will mean higher taxes for working Americans, gun bans, defeat in Iraq, socialized health care, bigger government, and etc. Those are a few things that come to mind.

The Reoublicans had their chance with 6 years of complete power and screwed it up royally. The thin margin the Democrats have enjoyed in congress the past 2 years has not been enough to overcome the Bush veto so Washington has been logjammed.

So sure it is time to see if the Dems can actually accomplish something positive.

What exactly would you consider "positive"?

Please attempt to think. Bush has vetod one bill every 18 months. You can not blame /bush for Congresses failure to get a bill to be signed. Clinton worked very well with a Republican Congress because the Congress wanted things done, this Congress wanted nothing done and has done nothing to change.

I didnt disagree with the other statement, there was no need for me to dispute it. You however disagreed with it, and instead of debating the issue, attacked the poster. Now I'm a hypocrite for asking you to expound upon your disagreement? Please..
