Sarah Palin tells second graders that VPs get to run the Senate? (thoughts, president)

When did that start? VPs wait for the death of the President, and break ties, and if there is money in the state dept budget they get to go to funerals of lesser leaders. Any thoughts?

I love seeing more of Palin. Every time she talks she puts her foot in her mouth. I can picture a staffer alerting McCain every time she ****s up. McCain sitting there...grimacing.
