Aw,dude's a Scorp w/ Sag rising. I would be shocked if he DIDN'T open-mouth-insert-foot on a fairly regular basis! The Sag rising causes him to think out loud alot,and sometimes they forget they are talking instead of only thinking what's on their mind. Totally normal!
