I'm Asian myself and I don't find that to be racist at all. Even though I may not be short, I can say that the majority of us are not tall at all and that is a factual characteristic.

I hate Obama (or rather his policies)....

... but I found it funny.



The only problem here would be that there is a huge double standard. If a republican said that, along with the special olympics thing, he'd be torn to pieces by the mainstream media.
