McCain campaign accuses L.A. Times of 'suppressing' Obama video - Los Angeles Times

Quote:
"The Los Angeles Times did not publish the videotape because it was provided to us by a confidential source who did so on the condition that we not release it," said the newspaper's editor, Russ Stanton. "The Times keeps its promises to sources."
Convenient excuse - sources. Whatever is on this tape, it must be bad. I'm quite sure they would respect their "source" if Mac or Palin were on this tape. Not!

Outrageous.

The L.A. Times endorsed Nobama, so that pretty much ends any hope of them releasing the tape. They don't want anything to do with destroying him.

Yet another reason to vote for McCain, the further this election goes along the more things get fishy about Obama Bin Laden.

This could work in Mac's favor anyway - there will be the suspicion (true!) that there is some bad stuff on that tape and the Times is protecting Obama (true!).

I just have one question - Why would the "source" give the Times a tape they couldn't use? I smell BS.

EXACTLY!!!! "Source": Gee, I want this kept confidential but I'm going to let the LA times do a video of it!!!

What a crock! But it's STILL an issue. If these people are so afraid of the video getting play, then there must be some very incriminating stuff on it.

They just confirmed what ever it is on those tapes, is bad, bad, bad. I guess we will all have to speculate. But I'm willing to bet 99-1, Fox will find someone who was there to come forward and tell all.

LA Times, another publication I'll never read again......

We need to make the speculation of what it could be seem so bad, that the LA times is forced to release it.

EXACTLY... Why would LA times even admit to ANY of this if they are supporters of Obama??
