Poor Joe, could not pay his taxes, so he makes up a phony story and gets himself on tv with Barack Obama. Running gleefully to his side, John McCain catapults this scofflaw into the national spot light. Now Joe the Plumber, who is not a plumber apparently, has a publicist, is working on a country music contract, is going to run for office, and write a book? HMMM, seems like Joe wants more than a chance to "own his own plumbing business." Pet rock anyone? Comments?

I am so sick of hearing about Joe the plumber!! He's supposed to "represent" people like me who are just the average working ****** trying to keep afloat??

I saw where his income is in the 250,000.00 range...I don't know about you, but I don't know ANYONE who makes even CLOSE to that!! If he's "middle-class" then I must be below "poverty level"!!!

If I was thrust into the national spotlight I would hire a publicist and try to make some extra cash off of it as well...wouldn't you?
