Well until the news media or the White House declares "war on infrastructure", I have doubts as to how much will be done by either candidate. After all, there are brown skinned people with funny names to be democratized.

In this economy, I think FDR's Civilian Conservation Corps is the best model for what needs to happen to fix both problems.

I, for one, abhor handouts and believe that any homeowner who benefits from taxpayer money in this bailout needs to fill a few potholes or pull some weeds on the weekends. Pouring a little cement here and there could easily be added to the list.

Which candidate is more likely to propose a CCC-like program?

Do I really need to answer that question for anyone?
