Agree. In a way its almost like a 'duh' moment to hear they studied this, but I've no doubt its true.

Smarter implies better educated, which teaches people HOW to think, not what to think, thus people are armed with the skills to refute the lies and myths that are a part of humanity.

Less smart equals less educated thus prone to believe the myths and superstitions shoved on them for eons by organized religion.
