This "Conservative" doesn't see a problem with this. I mean the man is the POTUS and does deserve some leisure time.

President Barack Obama made good on a campaign promise to his most important supporter Saturday night — his wife, Michelle.
The president and first lady jetted to a date in New York late Saturday afternoon, aides and media in tow.

I guess those who follow the likes of Newtie-boy just don't understand the concept of promises made to your wife
Thank goodness they're all revved up about watching the POTUS's social life and not wasting on silly things like a plan to aid the economy or something else that might actually benefit the country rather than silly party blather.
At the moment the GOP has simply gone wild and are in the wilderness. They are roaming around not knowing if they are coming or going like wildebeest, and at what direction if any.... Since they choose to act like the wildebeest, I think the law of the jungle should be unleashed toward them as well. In the Serengeti Plaines of Africa predators like lions and crocodiles would have loved this moment immensely. They would have simply caught them, torn them up, slit them up, cut them up, ripped them apart and eat them up. Other animals will eat up whats left of them, if anything.
At this juncture Democrats should take advantage and show no mercy. This is a great moment for them to do some good eating of the GOP. They should'nt waste time feasting and enjoying at the GOP's expense and fulishness.

Does Bill Clinton understand the concept of a promise made to your wife? Considering he broke that promise many times. Not just once. Heck not even twice
Yeah why is Obama playing basketball, weekly parties, going to ball games, going to chi town, go to camp david now going to NYC instead of working on the economy. Seems Obama is doing everything but working

Unlike the hypocrite Newtie-boy he didn't go around whining about it, did he?
