No. Only that a lot of states (INCLUDIND HAWAII) issued COLBs SHOWING THE COUNTY OF ISSUE AS THE PLACE OF BIRTH EVEN IF THE INDIVIDUAL WAS BORN IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. THIS WAS THE OFFICIAL POLICY OF THE STATE OF HAWAII UNDER HAWAIIAN STATUTE 338.

First of all, I made that comment about California to play dumb, like Columbo. There is a thread on the Denver forum (or maybe Colorado) about a 15 yr old who wasn't allowed to use his city-issued Texas birth certificate to get his learner's permit. He had to get the state certified certificate. So I see California's point in not accepting city-issued bcs that don't say where one was born. But there is plenty of evidence that Obama's vault certificate says he was born in Hawaii. Hopefully, I will have nothing more to say about his for a few pages.

Why not? I've already heard Kenya, Hawaii, and Canada.
California would look good on his resume. Very progressive.
