Any misconduct at polling places should be investigated. While these men were not inside, they were right outside the doors and their presence could have been interpreted as intimidating.

I am a Democrat, mostly, and an Obama supporter, and I have to agree with you. Any person standing outsiding a voting place in an intimidating manner should not be allowed to do so. This includes black panthers, neo nazis, and anyone else who might keep anyone from voting.

I doubt if the incident made any difference in the election. Most likely it concerned voters of both political parties equally. It is impossible to know how it effected the vote, but the incident should be investigated.
