After a half hour of the Presidential Democratic Party Debate, I got bored and frustrated. No one would really answer the questions, basically each question was twisted to a "talking point" (prepared answers). They had prepared answers and did not really make any news. Isn't there anyone running for President who will give a straight answer?
That's pretty much every presidential debate, isn't it? At least Kucinich and that other guy from Alaska were there to stir things up and make Hillary and Obama look center-right, which might be good for them in the general election.
Yeah, this is the way it's played...there might be some improvement at the Republican debate, but now they have a bit of a "template" to learn from; they can see what people liked/didn't like about Dems debate, so they have an advantage...Some of the Dems were certainly worse than the others, for sure...and remember, it's very early yet. A lot of issues probably we'll never see a straight answer on from either side. Track politician's voting records; then you'll know much more about them than what TV reports.
Kucinich, minor, and an absolute idiot...so far left I don't even have a funny analogy to make...don't have a prayer.
Richardson, pretty much the same...
Dodd...who the heck is he??
Edwards is an empty headed, pretty-boy twit
Looks like major players will be Clinton, Obama, Biden, ....and Edwards, though Edwards'll get the boot pretty quick, I'm betting.
My guess: it'll be between Obama and Clinton. Clinton will win candidacy. I could be totally wrong...it's just an early guess.
