My son is visiting here in Chicago. His neighbor was watching his puppy and the puppy got loose and is now lost and wandering the streets. They live in Eugene on Chaucer Ct. The puppy was last seen on 22nd St, one block away. The people that called about her (her name is Ella) didn't restrain/leash her and just left her on their porch. Too worried about making their Christmas dinner on time. She is a beautiful red merle Australian Shepherd. Very skittish around men with deep voices. If you see her, please give me a call (847) 304-1696. We are very worried to say the least!

I did quite a bit of driving in Eugene today, but didn't see any loose Aussies. I sure hope the dog is found and returned. I have a dog that is half Aussie. They are incredible dogs, as anyone who's ever owned one knows. If I ever get another dog, I wouldn't even consider any other breed.

Default My Bad

Ooops, my bad . . .
She was found a couple days later, sitting on someone's porch. However, when the dogsitter went to retrieve her, they had left (and just left her sitting there) and she was gone again. She did end up going back to that house again, and this time they held on to her. Phew!!

Thanks for keeping an eye out for her. Eugene people are great.
