Mmmm... what is this? 1975?
A bit too early for me.
Push it to 78 and try something like this;

I don't know of any other song in the USSR, that would never fail to produce such unanimous enthusiastic support and cheers, as the "One Way Ticket."

May be second only to the national anthem.

At least I never heard it - not a single time, anywhere.
May be it happened after my time already, may be in the 90ies, but not on my watch.
I'll tell you what was popular during SOVIET TIMES for real.

Boney M (German band) - that is a yes; "Rasputin" being the biggest hit of them all probably.
(As you can see - still enthusiastically-popular in 2013. (The song YOU posted - I've never even heard it, but then, again, I was never Boney-M's fan.)

Then there was this hit (German band yet again.)

...and this was coming out of every window in my new district and from every bar downtown; (British)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WoTLnaI1NEY

That's about it.

"I will survive" - nope, never heard it, and the rest was Russian music.

There are a couple of bands, besides Bonnie M, that were incredibly popular in the USSR. These are the Beatles and ABBA.

Yes they were popular, but not some particular hits as the ones I've mentioned above ( and that were blasting from every window when I was walking with my dog)))

As for the rest of the Russian bands mentioned here...
I was not familiar with them, I only learned about their existence lately..
I'd make a guess that they were already around by 1987, but as part of the "underground" scene, (that a friend of mine was too,) and they went ahead full blast already after my departure.

And that's why I usually make a point, that when someone is talking about their "life experience during Soviet times," one should be very careful, since only 5 years earlier these bands couldn't even exist out in the open.

But going back to all those bands of the 90ies - the music scene that exploded in Russia (while it was declining in the West after the 80ies) looks great. A lot of talented musicians and poets ( some with international appeal, some for domestic consumption only.)
I loved Shevchuk and Butusov, but Victor Tzoi was a true discovery for me - so dark, so prophetic and so fatalistic, that his songs sound contemporary as some unofficial anthem, even thirty years later.

You can sense it even during this huge Metallica concert in Moscow, that knew how to woo the crowd and picked one of HIS songs;

A little totalitarian Russia in our thread. Of course, my a** burns from this, but the craving for beauty is stronger than this, so I share it with pleasure.

[Chorus]
Your face is exactly the same
And there is this same building in every city
Instead of garlands, there are barbed wires
And there is no horizon behind the fences
The windows are clogged, and I’m in two hoodies
Who is it out there besides the cold?
A tank, parked right outside the gates
It’s not shooting, standing here for show off

[Verse]
I’m like an alien in my own family
But I’m not afraid and I’m not lying to myself
My body is in scars, and my hand in dirt
I’m searching for my home and my roots, just like you
I’m like an alien in my own family
But I’m not afraid and I’m not lying to myself
My heart is chipped, and there’s a yearning in my eyes
I will never turn back here
The air around is getting heavier with every year
I don’t want to be killing people
They come into my house without invitation
A new word and a new law

I come from a Russian horror fairy tale
It doesn’t matter where you’re from
I am not afraid of daylight
There is enough darkness here
This world gives you everything you ask for
But it takes it all away when you least expect
I don’t play your games
You’ll be dead one day

I come from a Russian horror fairy tale
It doesn’t matter where you’re from
I am not afraid of daylight
There is enough darkness here
This world gives you everything you ask for
But it takes it all away when you least expect

I breathe in to fill my lungs
So that I don’t have to breathe no more
I forget everything that hurts me
So that I can get hurt again

(lalalala) Break the spell on me
(lalalala) Break the spell on me
(lalalala) Break the spell on me
(lalalala) Break the spell on me

Once you felt the pain – you will feel it again
I don’t cry over you
Only cold can burn out tears on my face
I wish I could never see
What’s hidden ahead
My heart is so heavy – I’m falling into abyss
While it’s turning in stone from the inside

I come from a Russian horror fairy tale
It doesn’t matter where you’re from
I am not afraid of daylight
There is enough darkness here
This world gives you everything you ask for
But it takes it all away when you least expect

Touch me
It’s the real me
It is me who comes to you in dreams
It’s the real me

(lalalala) Break the spell on me
(lalalala) Break the spell on me
(lalalala) Break the spell on me
(lalalala) Break the spell on me

My name is your fear
It makes your mouth bleed

I'm blind drunk.*
(I don't care if) everything burns. Let everything burn!
The whole of Russia is watching me.
Let everything burn. (I don't care if) everything burns.

I'm blind drunk.
(I don't care if) everything burns. Let everything burn!
The whole of Russia is watching me.
Let everything burn. (I don't care if) everything burns.

Now I'm ready for anything.
I served my sentence on the Internet,
I went outside to pet the cat
and the police car ran it over.

I walk around the city wearing a black hoodie.
It's usually cold here with angry people.
I have nothing to look forward to.
But I am waiting for you. You will find me.

Buried in this swamp (of a place) decked out in gold bling.
My blood is purer than the purest of drugs.
While you and the others will be rounded up in the town square,
I'll be home with my newly rounded blunt.

With all due respect, Maksim, but this is a complete trash.
Such "creativity" is alien to me.
Where is this world going?
