Who are you calling Norse? Norwegians actually aren't so blond. There's a section in the middle of the country that has a higher percentage of blondes, but overall, they're not as blond as people think. Icelanders? Maybe. But the highest % of blonds, as previously mentioned, are among the Frisians.
