That last part has lost me.

Fentanyl was declared to be a major threat a decade ago here in the US, it definitely is. Just why the Brits are latching onto this Novichok scare even when they have become the laughing stock tells me that someone has lost touch with reality. Namely the British government.

It's referred to as a government-issued D notice which is used to shield the publication of information that might be sensitive to national security. The press had found connections between Skripal and people who worked on compiling the Trump blackmail dossier. Since he is a recent Russian emigre' from the intelligence community, he might have value as a source or as an intermediary.

Fetanyl is a legitimate pain medication. Pain control is a very difficult thing. Sometimes, stuff like Percocet or Oxycodone seems to work, and sometimes it doesn't.
