LOL I would consider Northern Italy as "Actual Europe", the only problem in the country is the counterpart / Include Croatia to the extended Russia.
Even though German speaking country, not sure about Austria... kinda between in borderline to me.

Finland has already been part of Russia.
Then Europe essentially has three countries, UK, France and Germany. All others are as populous as a big city, all smaller than London/Paris.
